1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Slority ("the Platform"), operated by Mexora Infosys Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Services Provided
Slority is an online marketplace that connects customers with salon and beauty service providers. We provide:
- Online salon discovery and booking
- Walk-in queue management for salons
- Online payment processing through Razorpay
- Salon management dashboard for business owners
Slority acts as an intermediary and does not itself provide salon or beauty services.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTP.
- One account per phone number. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform.
- You agree to arrive on time for your booked appointments.
4. Salon Partner Responsibilities
- Salon partners must provide accurate information about services, prices, availability, and business hours.
- Salons must honor confirmed bookings unless cancelled with reasonable notice.
- Salons are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of their services.
- Salon partners must maintain valid business licenses as required by local law.
- Slority reserves the right to suspend or remove salons that violate these terms, receive repeated customer complaints, or engage in fraudulent activity.
5. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations:
- More than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund
- 2 to 24 hours before appointment: 50% refund
- Less than 2 hours before appointment: No refund
- No-show: Forfeiture of the full booking amount
Salon Cancellations:
- If a salon cancels a confirmed booking, the customer receives a full refund.
- Repeated cancellations by salons may result in penalties or suspension from the platform.
6. Payment Terms
- All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's terms of service.
- Advance payment of 20% of the booking value may be required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is payable at the salon after service completion.
- Slority charges a 10% commission on each online booking to salon partners.
- Salon payouts are processed on a weekly basis after deducting applicable commission.
- All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are set by individual salons.
7. Reviews & Content
- Reviews must be based on genuine experiences at the salon.
- Fake, abusive, defamatory, or misleading reviews will be removed.
- By posting reviews or content, you grant Slority a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Platform.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Create fake bookings or accounts
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform
- Scrape data or use automated tools without authorization
- Harass or abuse salon staff or other users
- Circumvent the Platform to avoid commission or payment obligations
9. Limitation of Liability
Slority and Mexora Infosys Private Limited shall not be liable for:
- The quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by salon partners
- Any damages resulting from salon negligence or misconduct
- Service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
